During its involvement, the Central Bank will showcase career opportunities within various banking and insurance specializations, aiming to attract and nurture national talent, competencies, and expertise. The initiative also seeks to encourage recent graduates to embark on their professional journeys, aligning with the overarching goals of Emiratization in the banking and financial sectors.

The exhibition serves as an ideal platform for shedding light on the work culture at the Central Bank, emphasizing its role in providing a stimulating and appealing work environment for national human resources. It also underscores the institution’s commitment to fostering skill development and professional growth to contribute to financial and monetary stability while enhancing the country’s global financial standing.

As part of its participation, the Central Bank will introduce its supervisory and regulatory responsibilities, highlighting efforts to enhance financial awareness and inclusion. The initiatives of the Youth Council, aimed at bolstering the involvement of young national talents in the financial sector, will also be showcased.

At the broader financial sector level, the Central Bank is actively supporting its Emiratization plans and programs, particularly through the “Ithra” program. This initiative aims to employ and train 9,375 male and female citizens by the years 2026-2027, with the goal of achieving a total localization rate of 45 percent in the banking sector and 30 percent in other sectors such as insurance and finance.

He emphasized the exhibition as a pivotal platform for identifying ambitious national talents looking to contribute to shaping the country’s financial sector, aligning with the visionary leadership’s emphasis on the Emiratization agenda.

Al Ameri stated, “We look forward to attracting national cadres and attracting young graduates to develop their skills and enable them to work in the financial sector, in addition to employing experienced people from various fields with the aim of developing performance and achieving the goals of the Central Bank.”
